PotterLandia is a US marketplace that curates farmland and rural land for sale. Anyone can browse free of charge. Land professionals — realtors, brokers, auctioneers — can pay a one-time $49 fee for the “Go Professional” tier to feature and manage their listings. The site is operated from the United States.
By using this site you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Nothing on PotterLandia is legal, financial, tax, or real-estate advice, and nothing on the site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any specific property. Buying land involves risks and state-by-state rules; work with your own licensed professionals before making any decision.
Listings shown here are illustrative samples or government sale notices gathered from public sources — they are not our own offers to sell. The profit score on each parcel (0–100) is a directional estimate built from public USDA and USGS data (county crop value, soil capability class, and stream-gage proximity). It is not an appraisal, not a valuation, and not a guarantee of income or value. Always verify facts at the original source before relying on them.
If you submit a listing through the site, you represent that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to list the parcel. We review submissions before anything is shown and may reject, edit, or remove listings at our discretion. By submitting, you give us the right to display the listing and its details on the site.
Go Professional is a one-time $49 payment processed through Stripe. There is no automatic renewal. Payment is completed on Stripe’s site, which is governed by Stripe’s own terms. We do not store your payment card details.
The site links to and loads resources from third parties — including Stripe for payments, government data sources, Google Fonts, Wikimedia/Flickr image hosting, and the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
The PotterLandia name, branding, and site content (except third-party photography and data) belong to PotterLandia. Photography is used under its own licenses and credited on our Privacy Policy. You may not copy or reuse site content beyond normal personal browsing without permission.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PotterLandia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including decisions made based on listings or profit scores.
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
